If you have bad habits… well, I think we can all imagine what a bad habit can do to someone’s life. So good habits can direct you in the right direction. Habits can help you reach your goals. This affirmation is a core one: “I have habits that bring me closer to my goals.” Say it over and over again. You’ll be surprised how it changes the way you look at your current habits. You’ll see which ones really serve you and which ones really don’t. You can also develop new habits that you think will help you reach your desired goals.
